  • Exempt yourself and your employees from complex state licensing issues.
  • Protection from imminent changes in RESPA laws:
  • Payout in 5 business days or less (normally within 48 hours with a direct deposit to your branch account). No waiting for the loan to sell in the secondary market.
  • We will staff you with underwriters and closers if your level of volume warrants it.
  • "Customized rate sheets" that allow you a margin spread on the production of your Loan Officers.

As a Banker/ Broker you are still able to broker loans to investors that have products better suited for your loan applicant. Benchmark has broker relationships with over 200 lenders nationwide. If you have an investor not in our portfolio, we will execute a broker package and get "open" with them in days. We do not attempt to control your business. We feel that it is important to the consumer for their personal broker to have the freedom to send their loan to whomever has the best loan product.
