BENCHMARK ORIENTATION TRAINING

Benchmark offers two-day orientation training for all new and existing Branch Partners on the second Thursday/Friday of every month. The training is delivered primarily by Gib Holloway, Vice President of Business Development, Kelly Koleber, Manager of Branch Development, Mark Goldsberry, Jason Glater, Rob Groves, Jasper Tadlock, Crystal Sorenson, Secondary Marketing Account Executives and Ayanna Thornton, Accounting Customer Service Representative. The training is conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the both the Thursday and Friday dates below. You'll like this! We incent our new Branch Partners to fly in for this valuable two-day session with two (2) $350 transaction fee credits on their first two banked loans if the training is attended within 30 days of their start dates or one (1) $350 transaction fee credit if the training is attended within days 31 - 60 after their start dates. This will more than pay for your airfare and lodging expenses while in Dallas!

The Training includes:  How to work with the Underwriting, Closing, Compliance, Accounting, Business Development, Branch Development, Information Technology and Secondary Marketing departments of Benchmark. We cover Benchmark's Bank Line of Loan Products, Guidelines, Pricing and how to use Benchmark's "QuikQual" as well as "QuikQual Plus" Automated Underwriting Engines and Mortgage Dashboard. We also present and discuss a number of successful marketing strategies to strengthen our Branch Partners' Marketing Plans.
