Getting started with us is easy! Please copy and paste the following link into your internet browser: www.bmortgages.com/branch.htm. Once there, please click on the Branch Partner Introductory Package and the Branch Partner Quick Start Guide to learn more about our operation and to apply.

Decision Stage: Branch Partner Introductory Package - The last page of the Branch Partner Introductory Package will act as a checklist for you when putting together the documents needed to apply. Please Fax the following items to Gib Holloway, Vice President of Business Development, at (877) 217-6493.

- Cover Letter Optional
- Employment Application Required Please remember only to include contact information that will be accurate after starting your new branch.
- Background Check Fee of $100 Required for Branch Manager & each Loan Officer Either by Credit Card Authorization or please send a certified check/money order.
- Resume Optional You can enclose an up to date resume instead of filling out the work history section of the application. This will save time!
- Letters of Recommendation Optional
- Employee Roster Optional
- Background Verification Authorization Required
- Production Optional
- Financial Statement Optional
- Non-Disclosure Agreement Required
- Photocopies of 5 HUD's Required If you don't have or don't have access to them, we can accept your last 2 years W2's, 1099 and a current pay stub proving that you have been and currently are working for a mortgage company.

Candidate Stage: During this stage, background checks and all documentation will be processed by Benchmark's corporate office. Once your Branch Manager Agreement is received and approved, we will email you your Branch number along with your Log in ID and password for http://www.BenchmarkLogin.com, so that you can begin using the virtual office and start doing business with us.

Welcome! You are now a Branch Manager and may begin using the Quick Start Guide to set up your Benchmark Mortgage Branch. Note: you most likely will not need to cease originating, depending on your specific state licensing requirements. Our licensing and compliance specialists will work closely with you making every effort to assist you in continuing doing business while making the transition. As you can see, Benchmark Mortgage understands your needs as an originator and makes every adjustment necessary to insure you can provide the highest level of service to your clients even while you transition. |
