Commissions: We
extend 100%
commissions on
banked as well
as brokered
loans, net of
expenses, as
detailed in our
Branch Manager
Agreement. Our
Branch Managers
simply remit a
small fee of
$375 on banked
Conventional
loans, $450 on
Government and
$525 on Brokered
loans. There are
no other hidden
charges.
Benchmark is one
of the few major
branch providers
that does not
penalize its
Branch Partners
with a 3/8ths to
1/2 point "hit"
on brokered
loans and we
have no "first
right of
refusal"
requirements.
Naturally we'd
prefer to have
you utilize our
Banked Line
where you'll not
have to disclose
YSP's and we'll
spoil you with
great pricing,
yield spread
premiums and
service...but
you're free to
place your loans
wherever you'd
like. We make it
simple.
Cost

Manager
Partnership:
We
charge a $100
Application Fee
per employee,
$300 for your
branch to obtain
a HUD Title II
License, $299
per branch, per
year for
Mortgage
Dashboard which
is the LOS
system we use
and a $75
Activation Fee
for CREDCO which
is the credit
reporting agency
we use. There
also may be
nominal fees for
state licensure
depending on the
applicant's
state(s) in
which s/he will
originate.

Benchmark is not
required to
disclose YSP's.

Training:
